We hold a high bar because our customers trust us with their homes. Here's what we need from every mali applicant.
Residential or commercial — any setting counts. You should be comfortable with soil prep, planting, pruning, and basic garden maintenance.
Android 8+ or iOS 13+. You'll use the ScapeAI mali app to receive jobs, view design specs, and confirm completed work.
Trowel, pruning shears, watering can, and a carry bag at minimum. Some clients provide larger equipment for installation jobs.
Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID for identity verification. All malis are background-checked before going live on the platform.
