How do I track my order?
Visit our order tracking page and enter the reference number from your confirmation (e.g. SAI-12345 or SAI-D-1234). You'll see real-time status, timeline, and details of your booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes — contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations made before that window are fully refunded. Last-minute changes may be accommodated subject to mali availability.
What cities do you operate in?
We currently serve Vadodara. We're growing fast — if you're in a different city, drop us a message and we'll let you know when we launch near you.
How does the AI garden design work?
You tell us your garden size, sunlight conditions, preferred style, and city. Our AI generates a customised plant list and layout, optimised for your local climate and space. A verified mali then brings the design to life.
Who are the malis and how are they verified?
Our malis are experienced local gardeners who pass a skills assessment, background check, and plant knowledge test before joining the platform. Each mali has a profile with ratings and reviews from real customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are encrypted and secure. You'll receive a payment confirmation by WhatsApp.
